Last updated: 2026-07-18. These Terms govern access to https://design.x70.one and the x70 design system, brand guidelines, and CDN assets offered by Daniel Ensminger, trading as x70.

1. Agreement

By browsing this site or using CDN assets, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Design system and CDN

Brand assets and guidelines are provided for ecosystem and open-source integration under the MIT License unless a specific asset states otherwise. You may hotlink CDN URLs in your own projects. Do not misrepresent affiliation with x70 or use marks in a way that confuses users about the source of a product or service.

3. Newsletter

If you subscribe, you consent to receive occasional updates. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by contacting contact@x70.one.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site or CDN, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or scrape at abusive volumes.

5. Disclaimer and liability

Content and assets are provided “as is”. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health, or other liability that cannot be limited under German law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to typical foreseeable damage.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in Germany have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer venue rules.
